How Does A Flat Fee Work And Save Money?
In traditional home selling scenarios the seller is charged 6% of the sales price for commisions to the selling and buying agents. The selling agent usually keeps 3.2% and the buying agent is offered 2.8%.

Instead of charging you 3.2% at closing for the services we offer, we only charge a flat fee. This means the savings increase the higher the value of your home.

We still offer the 2.8% to the buyer's agent to ensure they not only show the home but show it in a fair way because they are not losing out on any money. If we are also the buying agent, we may also be able to save you even more on the commisions.
